Should you should avoid this Dnepr Matsers sidecar company?
If you are not interested in fixing or tinkering with your Dnepr 24 hours after you have received it, avoid this company.
If you are not interested in receiving a new/recondition Dnepr that leaks/pores gas and oil from its major component such as the kick starter, reveres gear shifter, main rear differential, gas petcock, and may be delivered with foiled spark plugs with less then 5 miles on the odometer.
If you are not interested in rebuilding/repacking/replacing most of the major gasket/seal components, avoid Dneprmasters.com, Dnepr Masters ebay store
If you would like to purchase/buy a motorcycle that is running and ready to go, then you should avoid this Dnepr Masters company.
However, if you are interested in purchasing a Dnepr sidecar for around $4370 with the above problems including the missing of the deep oil pan used to help keep the engine oli cool and major gasket/seals in the muffler system, and oils and gas components then Dneprmasters.com is your company!
Our Dnepr Mt-16 was purchased from www.dneprmasters.com, as a completed kit. It is the same bike style as picture in their home page a Dnepr MT-16.

Our search for a sidecar:
Included ebay.com, numerous sidecar website searches: Ural Company, Chang Jiang 750, Boston Vintage Sidecar, motorcycle traders, sidecar company and several Dnepr sidcar sites: During our search we had discovered that the general price of a 750cc sidecar motorcycle fluctuated between $3800-$7000 plus the cost of shipping. One of our greatest concerns with purchasing a sidecar from an out-of-state seller would be ,perhaps, the inability to correct any problems with the sidecar once we had purchased it. So we decide to buy from a local Florida company. However, this is when out trouble began.
Oil pouring out of kick-starter
24 hours after delivery our problems begin:
We had purchased a Dnepr motorcycle with sidecar from you less then one week ago (January 24, 2007). The next day, January 25, 2007 I noticed it leaking oil around the kick starter stem. I contacted you, and you suggested how to fix the oil leak. It did not work. On January 26th I left for a trip to Boston. I returned Monday January 29, 2006 and noticed the Dnper siedcar was now leaking gas and oil, from several areas. On January 30, 2007 I called your cell phone and left a message explaining the Dneprs problems. Today is January 31, 2007 and the motorcycle will not even start! Please note: you sold the Dnepr stating: it was a road ready, mechanically sound engine, new working product. In good faith, We had purchased a bike from you for $4370. I had hoped to use the bike during our abs activities. In our e-mails, you had stated that Dnepr motorcycle was a new motorcycle, ready for the road , fully operational and mechanically sound. The bike is not new, the engine has been reconditioned. It leaks gas, oil, and will not start. As of today, I have not registered nor tilted the bike.
Neither I nor the abs is able to use the bike in its current condition. We feel as if you have sold us the worst Dnepr in your inventory. We would like to have one of the following: the problems corrected; a new bike; our money returned. Today is March 09, 2007 and have not received an e-mail or telephone call from him.
Below is a list of problems with the motorcycle.
1. gas leaks from a weld where the gas tank stem meets the gas cock.
2. oil leaks from the oil pan seal gasket.
3. oil is dripping from the kick start seal ring. Please note: it is actually dripping.
4. oil is dripping from reverse lever bar.
5. oil is leaking from cluck cable and gear box connection
6. oil is leaking from rear wheel differential gasket
7. right side carburetor bulb is stuck causing gas to freely pour out of the over flow area.
8. Missing all joint muffler gaskets
9. spark plugs are fouled
10. missing deep oil pan
11. motorcycle will not start !! Yes, I have followed all requested procedures in order to start bike including turn on the fuel cock stem. Please note: I do not feel these problems should be associated with a new mechanically sound motorcycle.

Decmeber 2006, we discovered the above company on ‘Ebay.com’. At the time, Serhiy had placed a Dnepr MT-16 sidecar up for bidding. In the description of the auction there was an advertisement for his website. So we decided to visit the website www.dneprmasters.com . The following statements were copied from thier website. 'Looking for a motorcycle with a sidecar that won't break the bank.' 'This is your chance to own the bike at low price!!! ' 'You are going to love this motorcycle!!!' The engine in this vehicle was upgraded. It is distinguished for simplicity and ease of control, high dynamic qualities, comfort, relatively little maintenance effort and economical operation.’ We liked what we had read and the bikes appeared to be brand new and attractive, so we decide to email Sehiy Sharkevych aka ‘Orange shark’ with an enquiry to the integrity of the product.
